As a certified coach through the Center for Weight Neutral Coaching, Kristi brings a fresh perspective to midlife wellness.
In her newsletter, Almost Sated, she chronicles her personal journey to detox from diet culture and embrace intuitive eating. Her work challenges diet culture’s grip on women, offering an unflinching yet empowering approach to body positivity and health in midlife. Kristi’s has been featured on The Texas Standard, The Eating Disorder Therapist Podcast, the National Eating Disorder Association and Joyful + Nourishment.
Kristi is working on her most personal project to date, a memoir chronicling her own quest to make peace with food and her body after a lifetime of dieting and diet mentality. She lives with her husband and three children in Leander, Texas. In her free time, you’ll find her hiking or mountain biking.
